In recent days, a mechanism for monitoring violations has been implemented. Any violation that occurs will be addressed.
The Peace Council was established as part of President Trump's plan for Gaza and in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 2803. Both documents are public and clear: Hamas will have no role in the government of Gaza, and it will have no access to funds.
The funds of the Peace Council are not transferred through Hamas. Every contract undergoes checks and approvals, all work is verified before payment, and all accounts are open to full audit by the contributing governments.
